WHEN IS THE GRAND OPENING?!
Our first tenants move in on May 1, 2018. Our GRAND OPENING is June 1st, from 10:00AM - 12:00PM. The GRAND OPENING is free and open to all. Please join!
WHAT VARIETY OF LEASE TERMS DO YOU OFFER?
Offices and Studies are leased on a 1-year minimum term, offering tenants flexibility through the right to terminate with 60-days notice after the first 12 months.
Coworking is month-to-month with 30-days right to terminate given with notice by the 1st of each month.
Mailboxes are month-to-month with 30-days right to terminate given with notice by the 1st of each month.
Lockers are available for just $10/month. Please inquire for more details.
IS FURNITURE PROVIDED?
Private Offices & Studies include desks and chairs. Or, if you'd prefer, bring your own furnishings and design the way you like, it is your office after all!
IS INTERNET INCLUDED? WHAT ABOUT PHONES?
Of course, Wi-Fi is free and fast. And, we can also help coordinate landline phone systems and private server space if you so desire.
HOW DO I RESERVE CONFERENCE ROOMS & TEAM ROOMS?
Conference rooms and team rooms are scheduled through our Constellations "Space Station" (link will be sent to you) and are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Offices - unlimited use of meeting and conference room space
Coworking - 2/hrs of meeting space + 2/hrs of conference room space per month
In our Work-Center you'll find a multi-function copier/scanner/printer for your use. As a tenant, you'll get 100 black & white copies and 10 color prints per office; additional copies are charged at cost and billed monthly.

DO LEASES BEGIN ON THE 1ST OF THE MONTH?
Yes, leases and use agreements begin on the 1st of each month.
IS THERE A COST TO RESERVE AN OFFICE?
There is no charge to join the Waitlist. When space does become available, a deposit equal to 1 and 1/2 months rent plus a $150 setup fee per desk is needed to reserve your Private Office, Study, or Field Office. Coworking deposit is 1 month rent & no setup fee.
WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION?
We have the Kisi controlled access system, making access 24/7 easy for all tenants. Our Community Coordinators are here to help you 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.
CAN I HAVE GUESTS VISIT?
You know it! We do ask that you please register them prior to arrival.
WHAT IS YOUR PET POLICY?
While we love animals, we also care about our friends and members who may have allergies. Pets are not allowed inside of the building, but photos of them are encouraged!
I’M READY TO SIGN UP! WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
For Offices and Dedicated Desks you may pay by ACH (auto withdrawal), credit card or wire transfer. For all other Membership you may pay by credit card.
